Eric French: Founder & Executive Director, Hype Dad Project

Eric French is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of the Hype Dad Project, an organization dedicated to creating a comprehensive support network for American fathers. With a mission to provide emotional, mental, financial, and tactical resources, Eric has established the Hype Dad Project as an essential community for the brotherhood of fatherhood across America.

Eric brings extensive leadership experience to his role at the Hype Dad Project. He currently serves as COO of Sisters Lemonade LLC, a family business he helped transform from a children's project into a growing beverage company with strategic partnerships with Georgia Grown and Georgia Tech's Food and Beverage Accelerator.

Additionally, Eric is the Founder and CEO of Baseball Libre, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization he established in 2017 that supplies baseball equipment to youth leagues in Latin American communities. The organization aims to bring the joy of baseball to children aged 5-15 in areas where equipment is subpar and fields are in disrepair.

Prior to these ventures, Eric founded and led IDR, Inc. for 19 years. His combination of entrepreneurial leadership, non-profit experience, and personal commitment to supporting families has uniquely positioned him to lead the Hype Dad Project toward its vision of honoring and strengthening the fatherhood community nationwide.
